For our hiking experiences, we suggest comfortable shoes and clothing. Also, if your skin requires it, sunscreen. For our hiking to the highest limestone cliff of Europe, we suggest long sleeves and trousers due to the bushy vegetation.

Our hikes (like the Hiking Tour to the Highest Limestone Cliff or the Mindful Coastal Hike ) are generally moderate. They are not 'climbing a mountain,' but they do involve walking on uneven "off the beaten path" trails with some ups and downs. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended—if you enjoy a good long walk, you'll be perfectly fine and will be rewarded with views most people never see!

The trails we know are off the beaten path and require experience and knowledge. It is very easy to get lost inside Arrabida without proper guidance.

 We can't always control the weather (especially on the coast!), but we can control the fun. If the weather is truly terrible (like heavy rain or high winds that make it unsafe for a hiking or safari tour ), your guide will contact you. Our first choice is always to reschedule your adventure for another day. If that's just not possible, we will give you a full refund. Your safety and fun are our top priorities!
